Do I Have To Go To The Gym ?No you don't have to go to the gym to follow our programs. As parents, we know that going to the gym can be challenging and time consumming. You will be able to workout anywhere you want ; all you need is a computer with a camera and access to internet.

Is Your Diet Difficult ? Will I Eat Something Different Than My Kids ?Our Diet is a Step By Step Nutrition Plan made to help and guide you changing your regular American Diet to an Healthy Nutrition. Your kids can eat the same healthy meals and follow the same lifestyle. The sooner they start, the better it is.

Can I Choose My Trainer ?Yes, you can choose your trainer.

How Long Do I Have To Workout Every Week ?Each workout will last around 45min. You can schedule as many workouts as want every weeks. We recommend to workout 3 to 5 times per week.

I Already Have A Workout Plan, Can I Just Follow Your Nutrition Plan?"Yes you can!

Do I Have To Buy Gym Equipments ?No, you don't have to. But we recommend our clients to buy at least, a pair of 5lbs dumbbels and resistance cables. We will talk about it during our first consultation.

What is Video Call, Training Session ?"We will schedule your sessions on zoom.com. We are doing the same as if we were at your home. We will strecth with you, demonstrate every exercices, count your reps, verifie your position and help you correct it, motivate you and we will be able to talk about your nutrition and lifestyle in between sets. Our goal is to provide the same service by video call, then the service that we provide to our in home clients.
